Great power source
I really am glad. Came out well for my camping trip. Ran down a little faster than expected but overall a Great product . Not too heavy and doesn't run hot. Worked great for an emergency as well. The emergency charging is perfect and the app is extra but worth it. Very compact for what you get and it last pretty well when not hooking heavy loads into it or leaving it running.

Good compact unit
Works Really well with all items I tested it on. The 1500W rating is true and had no issues running 1500W appliances when testing it. Can run refrigerator on it as well and it can handle compressor peak startup without any issues. It is a good size for the weight and what our rating. Good features and great lithium iron phosphate / LiFePO4 battery for hopefully having good future extended life cycle.Good app to manage the features. Only downside with the app is that you need to register ahead of time to mange / use this unit. If you are going off-grid then plan to use the app to manage the unit then it will not connect. Also, if you update the app make sure to get into your account before you go off-grid. After app update, it will ask you to log back in. If you are of-grid , you are out of luck.I sent a request to Jackery to allow users to mange the unit without requiring app login on Android. Hope they implement this feature

Amazing and worth every penny.
Charges extremely fast. Bluetooth feature is great to remotely check data. I used it for camping and was able to charge multiple phones, recharge a fan and run my CPAP machine for 3 days and 2 nights and still have almost 40% battery remailing. Build quality seems on par. Weight was expected but more than manageable. Very forward and common sense for ease of use. After initial charge we were able to turn on and use right away.

Plenty of power for a few days of camping.
Awesome and very easy to use. You can keep your phone, laptop and other devices charged, run small appliances like microwaves, coffee makers etc for a few days on a single charge. If you camp or do over nights on a boat this is perfect and you won't need to run your boat batteries down. Save your money on the solar panel and use a small gas generator to charge it back up off the grid. Why not just use a gas powered generator? The jackery is quiet and you don't have to worry about carbon monoxide poisoning while you're sleeping! We also plan on keeping it charged for back up power at home. Great buy!

First Impressions
I just received my new Jackery Explorer 1000. I researched many different manufactures equivalents. Read hundreds of reviews and read a lot of "expert" on line opinions. Significantly influenced by Amazon's Prime days specials and price point, I finally pulled the trigger on this unit. These will be my initial thoughts VERY early in ownership.Shipping: Wanted to take it on an upcoming vacation, the advertised arrival was really going to be close. I'm happy to report it arrived on the first day of the advertised date span! 5 days total, nice!Boxing: Very good, very protected, Box in a box, not a scratch, Excellent!First Impression: This thing looks really good (almost pretty?), feels very solid, albeit a bit heavy.Manual: OK, small print, covers the basicsRegistration: Bad, really bad. There is a web site referenced in the manual that I could not get to work. Finally searched "Jackery" and after clicking around for about 30 minutes I stumbled across a reference to registration. Easy from there? Nope! After much trial & error, I finally got it registered. Had it not been for the free extended warrantee with registration, I would have given up.Wi-Fi / Bluetooth / App: I have two Wi-Fi channels in my home with boosters, the whole 9 yards. (My smart TV, 4 rooms away, behind closed doors, out in the garage, has no problem connecting. My security cameras, even farther away, no problem. Jackery, big problem, finally gave up. Bluetooth, better results, but very slow. Downloading the App to my iPhone was not a big deal and I was able to connect to the unit. I don't see me needing to turn the light on/off through my phone much. Same with turning the various connection points on/off. Its really slow to react to doing those things, kind of annoying actually. Not sure why you would need to turn on the unit screen on when you see it right there on your phone? What I do see as a good thing is being able use is using you phone to see things like Charging level %, Input Watts, Output Watts and unit temperature.Charging: Came with 31% charge. Used the included power cord and was able to get the unit to 100% in little over an hour. At first the input read 799 watts as charging. The charging wattage slowly dropped as it got closer to full charge. What's in the box: The unit itself, the power cord (about 6' 14awg) and the manual. No other wires or accessories. These are only my initial experiences, for now and with the exception of the connectivity & App issues, I'm liking this power station.Performance update:After charging to 100%, I used the 12v car type plug to connect my 35 qt Alpicool cooler/freezer. Either or both compartments can cool or freeze, so to test the Jackery, I set both side to 0 degrees:Monday 3:00pm started with 100% charge, cooler drawing about 33 watts3:30pm 99% , both sides in the 20 degree range, cooler drawing 30-33 watts4:30pm 97%, both sides around -1 to +4 degrees, cooler drawing 26-29 wattsTuesday 6:00am 68%, both sides around -1 to +4 degrees, cooler drawing 26-29 watts3:00pm 49%, temp still good, still drawing in the 26-29 watt rangeas the cooler reaches its set temp the unit cycles off so its not using any powerWednesday 6:00am 18% same temp range, same draw range.I am very satisfied with the performance of my Jackery. Under normal conditions I would not set the cooler to 0 degrees on both sides. I easily got 39 hours run time, had I let it go, I maybe could have pushed 48 hrs run time before totally exhausting the battery. My goal with the cooler and the Jackery was to make it through a double header game watching my grandson, so good to go there! Originally was going to get something in the 500w range, but for the price...................Side Note: Alpicool dual compartment 12v cooler, wow! I am impressed with this cooler. To maintain 0 degrees and only pull 26-29 watts! How is that even possible? I have light bulbs that use more power than that!
