I think the "strong and mighty" tag is a mistake by Amazon. Twinings describe it as "strong and malty".

Q: Are the tea bags biodegradable?

Since there's no mention of biodegradable on the packaging I assume the answer is no. In my experience sellers can't wait to tell us if their goods are biodegradable as an additional selling point if they are.
