These are great!
These worked great for me. I definitely like the idea of sticking it through and trimming it off the end rather than having one wire pull back while I'm trying to crimp it. It has been a big time saver for me.

if you are a bargain shopper like me..make sure you get the PROPER crimper.I have an old school crimper and have been cutting the extra wires off with a razor blade..buy a crimper/ cutter than cut do it all in one step./the connectors are fine, the boots are fine..make sure you have the right tools and tester for your job..not worth the time goin too cheap...

Did not fit 23AWG
The holes are too small it would not pass through the connector. I wasted 2 hours trying to get one to work. my wire was 23AWG shielded Twisted Pair CAT 6E RJ45. Highly disappointed.

Not having a great experience with these.
These seem to terminate just fine, but several now have broken the strain relief wedge upon crimping. I've never run into this issue with other RJ45 plugs (using the same set of crimpers). These also don't have the extended strain relief wings you commonly find on shielded plugs, so you need to make sure your grounding wires are properly in place before crimping.
