Great, and economical. I got this to mix into face cream or apply two drops to my palms and pat into my face and backs of hands before applying my other creams, to give a subtle plumping effect. It's very subtle, but I'm happy with whatever is happening with my skincare right now, and if this is part of it, great. One bottle should last a long​ time. It's economical, and I plan to repurchase. For those of you who don't want fatter hands or cheeks, maybe it's not for you, but I'm happy with this ingredient. Mix a couple drops into your face cream.

I've been using for a few weeks and noticed my laugh lines filling out as well as my lips looking more plump, less dry. You only need a drop mixed into your cream before you apply it. Not instant results, you will need to be consistent. I've had this one vial for the few weeks and haven't made a significant dent in it. So, even though it's small, a little goes a long way.

I've been adding Volufiline to my moisturizer and apply it to areas of my face that's loosing volume. It's very oily and I have oily combo skin so I only use it under my eyes, marionette lines and around my lips. I've read that it may plump your skin from within if used consistently. It's only been about a month and really haven't noticed much of a change. It may take a few months but my skin feels much smoother and my fine lines are fading. I started to use on my forehead and neck and love the hydration. I only use at night because it is very oily even with the moisturizer. I will continue to use it and see how it goes after a few months. I do like the product and will purchase again when I run out.

Does add some plumbness to lips, using twice a day. Takes some time. But have repurchased twice

It came in a bag that had a sticker to close it. It appears to be a full bottle. But it looked dirty inside the bag. Not incredibly dirty but like bits and pieces of something green and something kind of web like near the opening. It makes me wonder if it had been out of that bag and somewhere else, that wasn't a sterile factory, before being packed.

I mixed it with Vitamin C and applied to my face. I will say it does moisturize.The listing page mainly focuses on increasing bust size - I thought this was for face. It says it takes 6 months to see an increase of up to 300 cc in bust size, hence my question is this for bust or face.The item itself doesn’t provide much information as you can see from the photos.

I’ve seen dramatic results in weeks and even days of using it (face and hands). I am SUPER sensitive to drugs, supplements, topicals, etc., so I went very slowly at first to make sure I didn’t have a bad reaction (typical of me). No bad reaction, and fat has literally grown over night. This might be due to me having a condition that makes my skin barrier pretty permeable. I can understand why this might work better for some than others. That being said, I’d say it’s worth a try for everyone!

I’ve been using this product twice a day for several weeks and have not noticed any difference. It has no smell, and could be water for all I know!
