Smaller than I thought it would be. The dimensions were printed before I bought it. I love it anyway. It will look good in the necklace I will be stringing with the badger claws.

Only one of the 4 claws I ordered even came close to 2.5cm if even measured along the outside radius of the claw. From the reviews of this item, this does not seem to be an infrequent issue with an exaggerated size dimension in the listing. Will not buy again, too expensive to pay return shipping. Done with seller.
