Disappointed as once I tried to open and twist the end it broke and makes it difficult to use as it only sits loose on top

Nice for massaging
I actually like how it has a roller in there to massage the neck as you apply it, I never really noticed when I first ordered so this seems a perfect way to apply it. I did notice you need to apply more than usually to spread it compared to just spreading it with your hands, so there is that. I've used it for a couple days so far and I actually can feel my neck feeling more firmer, I don't have any wrinkles so I can comment on if that helps it but it's more of a preventative measure for me.
