Be careful while ordering the combo pack. I ordered for both the back and seat cushion combo but received only the seat cushion. Upon placing the return, the delivery person denied picking the item, mentioning that the order shows combo of back and seat cushion. Had to connect with Amazon support to share the info about the whole scenario. Then only my return was done. Thanks to Amazon support.Regarding the quality of back cushion, it was not as extraordinary as mentioned in all the 5 star rating reviews. The grid pattern doesn't look sturdy enough. It's good and provides good support for lightweight individuals. If you're on the heavier side, maintain caution while sitting on it. If the grid inside the cushion breaks, it would rather exaggerate the pain than reduce it.Thinking if I'd had ordered via the company's website, what complications would I have had to go through?
