It was suggested to me by my Functional Medicine Dr. to add a collagen supplement for joint pain and other symptoms. I am pescatarian, so I opted for this Marine collagen. It took a little while to notice the changes, but I do believe that it is working. I just ordered it again.It has zero taste, dissolves immediately in my coffee in the morning, and I have no side effects from it. I did start with about a 1/2 scoop to be sure, then worked my way up, as I do tend to have reactions to things. But, I am having no issues.It is expensive, but it’s helping.Update:I have tried other Marine collagen supplements that have an option for single serve packets for travel and this Marine Collagen out-performs the other by a MILE! The other kind is clumpy and impossible to dissolve. I really prefer this product, and wish that they would also offer it in single-serve packets for travel. Maybe they will, eventually, because packing little baggies of white powdery substance in your suitcase is not recommended, unless you want to get delayed or harassed.Still loving this product!

I love this! I put this in my coffee and tea and there is no taste at all! I think my skin looks better after a week. I noticed a change when I ran out and didn’t reorder for a month.I love that it’s marine based, not bovine since I do not eat beef. Order with confidence!

Micro Ingredients Marine Collagen Peptides has no fishy smell and a mild flavor. The collagen peptide powder mixes easily in both cold and hot drinks. I simply spoon it in my hot coffee or tea. Nice that it is non-GMO, made from wild caught and is hydrolyzed for bio-availability. As all Micro ingredients' products, it is without any additives and fillers.I did not notice any immediate difference, however after about ten days or so noticed my skin improved and nails got stronger. I have not tried Micro ingredients' Multi Collagen Peptides Hydrolyzed Protein powder containing five different types of collagen complexes. Wish this Marine Collagen Peptides also listed which types are included since certain types are recommended for people with hypothyroid issues.

This collagen is OK. I didn't notice too much of a difference when I used it. I prefer to take mammal peptide which is why I only gave this 3 stars. There isn't much of a taste and it dissolves easily in a warm drink. I believe in the health benefits of collagen, but just prefer one kind over the other. Anyone who uses this one will most likely be satisfied.
