Great kettle for every day use
Great design, the kettle body is very sturdy. It heats up super fast and can hold a lot of water. The mint color is very pale mint, but it looks great.

The item is exactly as advertised. The color is perfect. Boy does it heat the water up hot! And the auto shut off works perfectly. This was a little more expensive than I had hoped for, but you get what you pay for and this is very nice!

This is exactly what is promised. The quality feels good and it is quick to boil. Easy to work and the temperature gauge in front is accurate and helpful. Overall, this has been exactly what I hoped it would plus it looks very nice.

Greta product! Nice clean look, heats fast enough for me. My lid doesn’t pop open all the way when I press the button. Unlucky one-off, I’m sure. It is much louder than I hoped. 84 scares my bunnies.

MAJOR BURN RISK! Safety issue & design flaw - base usually fails to separate from kettle!
The media could not be loaded. We bought the matching toaster and kettle set. The latter is simple and looks great.HOWEVER, the kettle regularly fails to come lose from the base - this started about 3 months into its life. Thus when lifting it off the base, whether full (boiling!) or empty, the base comes with it. Clearly this is a safety issue - and a major design failure.I wrote (politely!) to Longdeem 1 month ago and have followed up weekly. They have only sent 1 short email response, asking for a video (which I sent the next day). We're now 4 weeks on from that, and they continue to ghost me. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS TERRIBLE!Additional minor design flaw is that the water level gauge is behind the handle - thus when you hold the kettle to fill with water, it's almost impossible to see what the water level is without doing gymnastics. Again, a design fail!
