Very happy with this! I used to get extreme sugar cravings from 6-9pm. Now I take 2 a day on empty stomach, 1st one around 12pm then 2nd at around 4pm and no sugar or food cravings! I’ve lost 7 lbs without exercise. (I’m waiting for knee surgery and can hardly walk) otherwise I would workout. Just bought my 2nd bottle! This will kill your cravings! A sugar junkie no more!

I thought this would reduce my cholesterol by taking one a day until I finish the bottle. I didn't see any reduction in cholesterol. For that reason I don't feel it is effective. I did not experience any negative side effects such as upset stomach or other gastrointestinal problems.

I think it’s working. My a1c has dropped slightly. It leaves a bad taste in my mouth, but otherwise no complaints.

Best for blood sugar control. Take one tablet before a meal. I took one bottle and ordered two more. Highly recommended.

So far so good for the Berberine Phytosome; it does need more time to monitor results.
