Can I freeze liquids in it?

Only if it is tee or water and you put it without the cap in the freezer, I put smoothies and they don't freeze but get very cold, if you put liquid with the cap the temperature won't change inside, it will only get cold ouside. If you are going to freeze water remember not to fill the bottle to much or you won't be able to put the cap
