I am very pleased with this purchase. Replaced an old, heavy hair dryer that had failed with this lightweight, quiet, efficient Conair hair dryer. It is more manageable when styling my hair and I have less frizz and flyaways. Price was more reasonable than the hair dryer I purchased eight years ago. I can recommend.

This hair dryer is GREAT! Lightweight, toggle switches are well placed n most importantly the air blows where you point it. You can use high warm n it doesn’t blow your hair off your head like others I tried…IMO this is a PERFECT blow dryer! It replaced my CONAIR Pro Max which I had about 20 yrs and is now vintage….this is a perfect replacement!

Why did you pick this product vs others?:I needed a new hair dryer/diffuser when my 20 year old diffuser broke. I thought this was a pretty close replacement to my old one and It does work great. It is smaller, dries faster and is more quiet. I like that it has easy rocker switches, 4 heat settings, including the cool shot, and it came with a diffuser. I don't like that there were only 2 speed settings. Overall, it does the job and the price was right.

Dries my medium-short hair quickly and smoothly and without too much noise. Also, it is not as heavy as others I have had and so it is easy to use. No complaints whatsoever. It has the usual temperature and air flow adjustments on it. Seems to be well-made and I expect it to last a long time.

After about 1 year of use, the white powdery coating that makes it matte white rubs off as flecks in your hand. The paint identifying the temp and off/on has rubbed off too. Otherwise it works really well, drying my hair quickly.

I replaced my still working fine, 8 year old CONAIR 1875W blow drier with this NEW Conair Double Ceramic Hair Dryer, 1875W Blow Dryer with a PROFESSIONAL STYLE DIFFUSER and concentrator, too, that blows enough hot air to quickly dry my curly hair with a lot of "anti-friss product" that otherwise can take a long time for my hair to dry. I highly recommend this dryer! A BIG PLUS: the lint screen is removable for easy cleaning!The only reason I purchased this replacement was my need for a more professional diffuser than what I have been using and the lint buildup inside the older dryer has no to clean it.... I can't complain! Great dryer which iswhay I bought another Conair! Highlyrecommend.
