Brilliant picture, sound OK but remedied with soundbar. Love the smart remote with rollerball - makes entering passwords etc so easy. Usual easy to use apps & streaming with LGs WebOs - just don't allow LG Channels when setting up or you'll be bombarded with LG channels ads - annoying & intrusive.The first set we received had a problem with the screen - the bottom 2" of the picture was faulty. As usual there was no problem returning to Amazon for a refund. A replacement was ordered & no problems.

Our last TV was an Aldi Bauhn TV, not a smart one, about 12 years old. The TV was rubbish, sound was awful, I could not understand people speaking on TV so we needed a soundbar. But the picture was also awful and TV programmes looked like the filming was done by 5 year olds, looking really poor and fake, hard to describe. So we were desperate for a new TV but at the same time I was so worried we'd spend money and end up with a similar pile of garbage.Husband watches a lot of electronics videos on YouTube so said LG was one of the best brands so we looked at LG TVs in a shop and researched which LG TV to get and the NanoCell or QNED seemed best. Then this TV came up on Prime Day and was reduced a lot so I bought it.It is so good! I'm not somebody who is an expert on sound and image quality but for me both are excellent! The sound is clear, I can understand the talking on TV and the video quality is great. No need for a soundbar and so good to have a smart TV that doesn't require Roku. The TV also wakes up very quickly when turned on. Only the first time did it take a while.The remote is also something else. :) Takes a while to get used to, especially when you have a tremor, but really neat when you do.

Bargain paid just under £220 value for money, a host of channels to chose from, all with a great pictureremote control very straight forward like the feature of the pointer on the screen.Good functions and features. The one thing that do let it down, hence four stars is the sound, low on volume so would suggest a sound bar needed but for that price I'm happy.

Arrived, set up relatively easy. I would say though that it is very slow, I was replacing my 8-year-old Smart LG TV, because I thought a new one would be quicker, it was not it was even slower! After just a few hours watching and using the streaming apps, the whole system stopped working with a repeating message saying the app was closing to make more memory space. This just would not go away; you could not use any app as nothing worked other than any streaming service you had on the remote. In my case limited to Prime. I did all the usual, then decided to just leave the TV off and read, after being off overnight, and for another 15 hours, it still was exactly the same. LG electronics were no help at all, they said there was a problem they were aware of, and they would get back to me, which they did two and half days later! by which time I had been in touch with Amazon since the TV was not fit for purpose. LG then sent a text, just telling me to do all of the things I had already done, really!! what a waste of time they were, they could not even be bothered to call. In the meantime, Amazon had picked up the faulty TV for refund or replacement. Thank you, Amazon for your brilliant service and for keeping my stress levels down. I was not impressed having paid for a TV that would not work and is clearly faulty, Amazon just made it all go away.

Excellent tv

Excellent TV ... unfortunately it didn't have functionality I was looking for and it wasn't apparent in the website and found out about it offline.
