Great for babies
Love this! got it for our newborn baby boy who was kicking his legs a lot in his sleep and waking himself up at night. It took less than a couple weeks to work but when it did I definitely noticed a difference. He was much more calm and kicked less or not at all.

Not just for kids
I had been experiencing a lot of cramping in my feet and calves, wondering what to do about it. One day I saw a video on Instagram that said when a person is under chronic or heavy amounts of stress, it depletes the magnesium in the body, which can lead to cramping and some other stuff. The video also said external absorption tends to work better that oral. What?!When I try new stuff, "less is more" when you don't know how it's going to affect you and even after. So I saw this child's version and decided to try it. Honestly, it was the only one I saw and it had a good vibe on it. Holy crap, it worked the first night! For the first time in months and months, I had a night without cramping! It was glorious! I followed the directions and only rubbed it on my feet and shoulders. I have sensitive skin and had absolutely no reactions. I really love it.

Wouldn’t buy again
The product smelled like a citronella candle, it was extremely overpowering. Sadly, I didn’t notice a difference in my twins’ sleep. If anything, they were more wired than normal. I was very disappointed in this product.

Doesn’t help sleep
It did moisturize my 2 year olds skin but didn’t help with sleep lol. And you run out FAST ours was empty in a matter of weeks. I applied a light layer on arms, legs, and feet

Calming lotion
This smells great. I rub this on my son's hands and feet before bed. It really helps calm him down. It's a thinner lotion, not greasy which is good for bedtime.

Not for sleep but nice product
As far as helping my 9 month old sleep it has done nothing and we have been using it every night for 2 weeks. But as far as quality the lotion is nice and smells good without being overpowering. I also like that it isn’t super greasy and absorbs nice into the skin.
