This formula of moisturizer is absolute hydrating with soothing smell that is soft for my baby with very dry and sensitive skin.The packaging is so easy to dispense the product .The oat being main component makes my baby skin soft and creates barrier for preventing his skin from allergen .A quality product for the cost and the value.

Not nontoxic, smells awful
The smell is horrible.I should of read closer what the ingredients are, I wouldn't use on my little ones at all.
