Finally, a Comfortable and Affordable Period Boxer Brief That Works!
I have tried nearly every brand of period boxer briefs on the market, and I’ve been consistently disappointed—until now. Since getting a copper IUD, my period has been heavier, and I needed extra protection for overnight wear without waking up to a mess. I was looking for breathable cotton fabric, real absorbency, and, most importantly, a design that didn’t feel like I was wearing a diaper.I actually found a brand that I loved—unfortunately, it was very expensive, and they later discontinued it. After that, I tried to find an alternative and purchased a different brand that frequently appears as the top search result for cotton period boxer briefs on Amazon (the brand starts with a G). I was incredibly disappointed—the boxers were flimsy, the sizing was inconsistent, and they felt and looked awkward to wear. After trying multiple brands that left me frustrated, I stumbled upon these Hanes briefs. At just $15 for TWO pairs, I was skeptical—most period underwear costs well over $20 per pair. However, I was pleasantly surprised when these arrived in the mail and I tried them on. Not only did they fit perfectly, but when I slept in them that night, I had no issues and no mess to wake up to. I will attach a photo for reference, as I know when I was looking at reviews, it was helpful to see what they looked like and hear other people’s detailed feedback.Fit & ComfortI normally fall between a small and a medium but opted for small since the shipping time was faster. I’m so glad I did! The fit is perfect- snug but not restrictive, with enough stretch to accommodate different body types. If you’re between sizes, you likely can’t go wrong either way. I wouldn’t say these necessarily run small, but their stretchiness makes them forgiving. I’ve already ordered a medium and will update on how those fit when I receive them in the mail.**I received the medium, and decided I prefer the fit of the small. I still wear & feel comfortable in the medium- and definitely not too big. However, in terms of boxer briefs for leakage, I feel most secure and prefer a snug *but comfortable* fit.

Comfortable Protection
These are really helpful during periods and for bladder leaks. They are comfortable and true to size. The material feels like a thick, quality material. Way more comfortable than thick pads or other period options in my opinion. And of course saves money!

They feel good and they work well
The underpants feel very small at first but give it a little bit of time and it fits nicely

Good effective product
Great fit, doesn’t leak for light periods however the coverage could be improved. It seems to absorb well and stays dry. The quality of the stitching could be improved. Overall good as a backup during travel but preferably used as overnight protection. Sleeping without the bulk and leaks is a game changer. I wish I discovered these a lot sooner.

Game-Changer for Busy Moms!
I absolutely love my period underwear—it’s made life so much easier as a busy mom. The fabric is soft, the fit is comfortable, and best of all, I no longer stress about leaks or ruining my clothes. They provide reliable protection and peace of mind throughout the day. I wash them in a lingerie bag and hang them to dry, and they’ve held up really well. For the price, these were an incredible deal. Highly recommend!

Size wisely, they shrink
These shrink quite a bit. I used them once, washed them in cold water and lost two pounds. When I put them back on, they were much smaller. Other than that, they work pretty well and are fairly comfortable.Update. After wearing them twice (well, all day one time and then again for about ten minutes) after the shrinkage, I threw them away. After they shrink, they are short like boy shorts rather than being boxer length. At first, I was OK with this, but then the leg ends started rolling up.

These are great
Look ladies... I know !!! Most women don't like period panties or they are unsure about them. I bought these being hesitant but wanted to try them and I love them. I put them on at night before bed and wear them to bed at night so I'm not wearing a pad to bed or a tampon to bed which is VERY bad for you. They do absorb very well and they are comfy to wear I promise. I will get more of these because they are definitely worth wearing at night to bed when it's that time of the month for us. Plus they look like regular shorts (although I wouldn't really wear them outside) just saying

Comfortable, absorbent and cheap!
Comfortable, absorbent and cheap! Not exactly sexy, but don’t expect it from period underwear:).I am a heavy flow girl, so buying more of these. Normally buy size 6 clothes. Bought small of these panties, glad I did - they are snug (so nothing is leaking), but still very comfortable!
