If there is a problem with the product or battery, contact us and we will provide you with the specific address of the maintenance warehouse for product repair or battery replacement service. During the warranty period, the shipping cost of repaired products will be borne by LAVA.

This acoustic-electric BLUE LAVA Original Guitar comes with a charging cable. It is very inconvenient to hire a technician when the pickups run out of power, so the charging socket is designed inside the sound hole, which also ensures the simplicity and beauty of the body. (The BLUE LAVA Original and the carbon fibre LAVA ME 2 have the same charging position.) Tips: 1.When the indicator light is red, the battery is currently low and needs to be charged. 2.When the indicator light is green, the battery is fully charged and charging is complete or the instrument is switched on. 3.When the indicator light is orange, the battery is low and is charging.

Q: Researching online, it looks like the battery can only be replaced by sending the guitar back to China. Is that true?

Just send the acoustic guitar that needs to be repaired to LAVA's repair warehouse in the east of the United States. Generally, the repair will be completed and sent out within two weeks after receiving the guitar. Best wishes.
