I ordered the Black Suri toothbrush and this has changed the game! This is my first power sonic toothbrush, so didn’t know what to expect but my gosh I am blown away! From the packaging to the product, it is has a high quality, minimalistic design. The body of the brush has a well balanced weight that feels light, yet solid in the hand. The neck and head of the brush allows for easy navigating and leaves your teeth feeling clean, polished and smooth. It comes with a magnetic holder to place on your mirror or shower, leaving your space clean and clutter free. I think it is also important to mention the environmental awareness and sustainability efforts that goes into their products, makes you feel like you’re helping to do your part. I can say that for the first time in (insert age here) years, I actually look forward to brushing my teeth. This has changed my oral care experience — thank you!

I am loving this Suri toothbrush after 2 months of use. I had been using a rotary-head toothbrush with a 3 minute timed brushing cycle. This sonic vibrating toothbrush is smaller, more intuitive to handle, and has a 2 minute brushing cycle. I just had a dental check up and cleaning. My dental hygienist was quite happy with the results. I also like the fact that the charge lasts for a good 30 days instead of the one week I was used to. The mirror-mounted magnetic holder is rather handy as well. The downside is that it does not offer a small travel case. I like this product.

I cannot recommend this toothbrush highly enough. It provides a very thorough cleaning, remains charged for a long time, and the design is simple, yet functional. It comes with a magnetic mirror holder so you don’t have to worry about storing it anywhere. I also appreciate that it is made by a sustainable company that has a minimal impact on the planet. It is also surprisingly cute for a toothbrush. I wish I would have purchased it sooner!

Same issue as many others here. Bought this at the end of November, by mid-March it no longer kept a charge. Sometimes would turn on and then stop working. Tried the trouble shooting tips on the website and still nothing. Hoping customer service will come through with a replacement and will update this if they do--don't have high hopes for this given other reviews.

I bought the tooth brush and some replacement bush heads the quality and design are great however, I did not receive the prepaid return envelopes for the recycling in either box as described and that was one of the main reasons I decided to purchase. I sent them a request via their website, hope they have an explanation for this, or offer some way to recycle the brush heads.

My husband wanted a SURI after he saw mine. His is blue while mine is green. This is a very sleek product with USB to a small charging platform. Everything about this toothbrush is efficient from the slender body to the charging platform. (Photo has a quarter to help with scale.) (They don't give you a charging block, just the cord.) This toothbrush holds a charge for more than 2 weeks. They advertise 40 days, but I can only attest to 17 days however, it is still going strong. The brush heads are effective with 2 speeds: cleaning & polishing. We both ordered the Sanitizing/Charging Travel case for trips.

The focus of this toothbrush on simple quality is it's killer feature. Most competitors focus on features and miss the point; this toothbrush lives magnetically mounted to the wall, providing clean and easy access off of the counter. The battery lasts very long, I'm 30+ days in and have charged once. Power is adequate, less powerful than competitors, but enough to leave teeth feeling clean with low effort/time.Many other reviewers mention issues with charging contacts due to corrosion, I haven't experienced that yet, but wiping the toothbrush dry after use should mitigate those concerns.

I bought this toothbrush prior to an extended vacation so that I wouldn't have to worry about charging it. I followed the instructions when I received the brush and ensured that it was charged. I was thrilled that the toothbrush didn't need to be charged while we were overseas for a month. I continued to use the brush when I got home, and it still didn't need to be charged a few weeks later when I was going away for a week. I didn't want it to die while away, so I charged it for an hour and it was fine . It finally started beeping a few weeks later, so I charged it fully. To my surprise, it needed to be charged less than a week later. I charged it again, and again in less than a week it needed to be charged. That stayed the same until the last time I needed to charge it, when I put it on the charging stand and it wouldn't charge. After fiddling with it for several minutes, it finally started charging, but now I'm wondering whether the contacts on the bottom of the toothbrush are somehow getting corroded. I just hope that I am able to continue to charge it going forward, and that the battery life doesn't continue to get shorter.
