Excellent. Best tracker yet.
I’ve had various sleep trackers, from Sense which required a simple sensor on the pillow but sadly went out of business so their cloud stopped working, and Beddit (now owned by Apple) which is actually probably better than this but there are some caveats (it requires Bluetooth and the Beddit App open). Nokia’s efforts don’t require anything complex, the sensor goes under the mattress - I have a Simba and it’s perfect. You then get into bed and that’s it, just forget about it. It tracks heart rate and sleep quality through the night and simply uses WiFi to send this to the cloud, finally being displayed in the Nokia Health app. If you have an iPhone it can then send the sleep data (but not heart rate data) to Apple Health. Your data belongs to you, and this is important. It’s not locked away like Fitbit does.In terms of accuracy, I find it really quite good. It senses bed time perfectly, and it can tell the difference between sitting on the bed and getting into bed. Sleep detection seems amazing, it’s not always sleep time when getting into bed, and the app reports time to fall asleep. Sleep duration, and depth are tracked also. Of course!Detection of waking up in the morning is good, but it can be a bit hit and miss with getting up time. I do like to laze in bed some days, which probably confuses it. It’s not quite as good as time to sleep detection, but it’s still great - but again there is nothing to do. Just get up and it’s done. It cannot be more simple. All in all, this is highly recommended. It’s excellent value for money.

nokia withings Sleep monitor pad
I have a EVE memory mattress which is very thick, so I was worried the sensing pad would not work. Its brilliant using the Healthmate app, which I already have for Body scales, the easy to understand results appear automatically after I get out of bed, giving a sleep score, based on 6 results, graph showing the various sleep stages, snoring duration and times, plus tips on how to improve your sleep. Ive linked it to my Philips Hue lighting so it switches the bedroom light on when i get out of bed and off when i get in, it will control the Nest thermostat, for waking and ideal temperature for sleep, using IFTTT app. It also tracks your sleep lag, advice on improvements.

Easy setup but not brilliantly accurate
The unboxing to first use experience is pretty good with this product. The box contains everything you need and the instructions are clear. One quick tip: when it first calibrates it is a little noisy - don't do what I did and set it running just before you partner tries to get off to sleep or expect complaints! The app it uses is the same one as all the Withings kit so if you're already using that then it integrates well. I believe you can also connect it to things like Google Fit but I haven't tried that. The upload is via wifi so unlike some bluetooth based systems it is rock solid.Only issues I've had are the sleep tracking isn't entirely accurate. The sensors in it can only tell so much and so the system makes heavy use of algorithms to essentially best-guess your current sleep cycle. If there are things out of the ordinary (eg a lie-in) then it gets easily confused. Sometimes just sitting on the edge of the bed to get dressed gets detected as a nap. Definitely works best if you are the sort of person that literally springs out of bed the second the alarm sounds in the morning and don't go anywhere near the duvet till that night

Sent mine back
Have body composition scale from Withings and decided to buy one for my sleep tracking as I don't want to use a watch while I sleep. Easy to set up and nicely made. Still can't understand how something which lay under 30cm mattress can measure your heart beat.......Try it for a week. Usually have at least 6 hours sleep. The maximum amount of sleep that I had according to the tracker was 4 hours. The usual was 3 hours a night, even if my CPAP machine recorded 8 hours use during the night and I have no problems falling asleep or waking up in the morning. Sent it back

Works Great
All be it that I have only used this device for one night I am very happy with the results, well maybe not the actual quality of sleep I got but that's not the products fault! seems to be very accurate reading the time I got up to go the toilet, time I go in and out of bed to sleep, time taken to go to sleep, times I was dreaming etc. It also somehow measures heart right which I am not sure how it manages to do that through such a thick mattress but the data seems very plausible. It also managed to detect the length of time it taken me to get out of bed eg. my alarm went of at 0700 and I got out at 0730, how it differentiates that as time taken to get of bed and being awake from just maybe woken up and trying to go back sleep again is beyond me but very impressed so far. Don't make the mistake I made though and start questioning the device and why it does not have a full night of data when you are still in bed! It will update pretty soon after you get out of bed!I have the Nokia / Withings Scales, BP Monitor and now Sleep Tracker, based on the quality of these products will no doubt get the temperature reader just to complete the set!

Can't tell the difference between light sleep and reading
+ Feel well made easy to set up, pair and calibrate- absolutely terrible at tracking sleep.I've used this for 2 nights and both nights its given me high 90 out of 100 scores for sleep, but for both nights I've had terrible sleep.Last night I got into bed watched YouTube for 20 minutes then read for 20 minutes. the app sees me getting into bed and falling asleep in 6 minutes. I then tried to get to sleep for an hour but couldn't. The app shows me as going through all modes of sleep (light, deep, REM) Whilst its possible i dozed off for 5 or 10 minutes without realising it, I certainly didn't get the 2 hours continues sleep the app thinks I got.I got up and went to the loo in the middle of night and was wide awake so got back into bed and watched 40 minutes of YouTube whilst waiting for sleep to kick in. The app shows me as awake for 4 minutes then straight back to sleepAccording to the App I had 9 hours sleep last night, I would say I got 4 at most.I'll be sending this back to Amazon, its useless
