Logical strapping made it easy to unpack and prepare for installation.This is a great luxury bidet! Its design is sleek and easy to clean.The preexisting water supply in our home came without copper piping and it had to be fixed before installing the toilet.Also, the water couplings are not exactly standard for most of the USA, so be prepared for a parts run to adapt. Check all of the parts carefully and note the sizes before starting installation. Installation was otherwise no problem, and the provided hardware is good quality.The operation of the bidet toilet are excellent. A strong, thorough, cleansing flush, quiet operation, intuitive remote controls make for a nice experience.Flushing power is great as well as functionality. Great purchase and no regrets! Overall, an outstanding product.

Discovered the world of Woodbridge smart bidet toilets when staying at an Airbnb. We bought it and had it installed professionally. We absolutely love it. It was easy to learn how to use the controls, the heated seat is amazing, the subtle lighting and ease of use in the middle of the night make it a pleasure to use. Flushes powerfully and stays clean. The bidet function works well, is easily adjustable and the warm fan dries you off effectively. Would strongly recommend!

I replaced all the toilets in my house with this model. My handyman installed all 3 easily/quickly in a couple of hours and they came with all the required parts!It's been working great for many months. It's quite comfortable and worth the money. The integrated bidet is amazing - much better/easier than having an external one (which breaks and leaks or kids leave it open). The auto-flush is also great, especially with kids who used to forget to flush sometimes :) The bidet gets disabled automatically when the toilet is not used!It's quite nice in those cold days as well as it keeps the seat warm, along with warm water and air dryer. The auto-foam is also nice to keep things clean and smell nice.The only problem is once you get used to it, there is no going back to normal toilets!The only cons I can see that it does not have WiFI/app to control certain features instead of using some combo settings on the remote itself. To enable Auto-Foam, Auto-flush, etc. Or even update some of its Voice commands to work on different prompts. Please add that!!

I purchased the Woodbridge EBT350 after much research and because of all the outstanding features. I especially like the foam feature along with the heated seat, heated drying and all of the adjustability of the water temperature and washing modes. Its automatic opening and flushing make it hands off if you want but the remote control gives you access to all of the wonderful features. My wife really appreciates all the luxury of this modern marvel. Installation was simple and straightforward. The manuals included were clear and well illustrated. Could not be happier with this purchase. I would give it six stars if I could.

Installed this in my new home. It works great! No complaints. The heated seat is awesome and the auto flush and lid closing is a great addition to a home toilet. Quality is excellent.

After a month of usage.The foot sensor / opening / closing / auto flush features all work perfectly. But the lid is slow to open.The flush does an excellent job, a definite 10, of removing waste and keeping the bowl clean, I’m impressed and am happy less cleaning will be needed. This toilet uses a ton of water.I love the light and heated water / seat features.The foam feature works 10-20% of the time and is extremely noisy.The toilet does have an annoying buzz after I sit down, I believe it is the water heating feature but that is a guess.The remote has adjustments for all features. But I hope in the future they figure out to have some preset for individuals.The rear wash is not very adjustable front to back and needs improvement.My biggest complaint is the water pressure is way too high and the adjustment from the remote is very minimal.An electrician was needed to install a new outlet but the toilet install was easy but heavy.For the cost the EBT350 is feature rich and appears durable but some of the features need definite improvement.

During our master bathroom renovation, we didn’t plan on upgrading to a smart toilet but we are so glad we did. It is a wonderful luxury that we all deserve and we couldn’t be more pleased with the Woodbridge smart bidet. We wanted a smart bidet toilet but didn’t feel a top of the line Toto or Kohler. Woodbridge seemed like a good compromise compared to less expensive smart bidets on Amazon.We have absolutely no regrets. You do need an electrician to run power to the back of the toilet which is an extra expense that needs to be considered.The toilet has a foaming agent that you can purchase which is expensive per bottle however it does seem to last a long time. The foaming agent seems to reduce odor and definitely helps keep the toilet clean (no toilet bowl ring between cleanings).The bidet works well with decent pressure that is adjustable. The air dryer is a nice touch if you are thinking of going completely hands free but takes time as would be expected and not something I have patience for.My only negative complaint is that after the auto pre-rinse that occurs when you sit down on the toilet, the toilet hums a 60hz hum that I’ve been hoping is just something that can be disabled using the remote control but haven’t figured out how yet.The toilet is a game changer (and a good conversation piece at parties).
