Very good to have on you when you are already loaded with other items for self defense purposes. Small and concealable, had to use it once to get away from a bad situation, was a good thing to have in order to avoid using other means as stopping power. Sprays effectively far and I have tried it on my self(do not recommend this, do not do this), but it's incredibly strong and difficult to deal with even if your face is covered as I had done both. I had difficulty breathing and could not open my eyes for the 15 minutes even a little wearing a mask with goggles. Very penetrating formula. Will purchase more for family. Light and doesn't leak, can be modified as a key chain spray although I don't like having it on person this way, get a belt or a strap or keep in a pocket or compression sleeves made for "tools". Better than physically engaging when you get attacked, will give you better rational fighting chance to either stop or discourage an individual who doesn't give two cents to think. Be smart and keep your hand first on the alternative better stopping power equipment. If you can assess the situation quickly and are trained in alternating between more effective and situationally more appropriate means use this, I don't think people are inherently good or bad, I would like them to think that I think they're making an irrational choice. Nothing can beat training and preparedness, but this isn't an invitation to look for altercations, walking around the block or crossing the street is way better than having to hurt someone, even if that someone is not very smart.

I like the fingerless glove that the pepper spray can fit into, so I don't have to worry about losing the pepper spray, or having it in a pocket and not accessible. The only thing I don't like is that for really long runs, I would like to be able to swap from one hand to the other, as my other hand holds my hydration flask and I like to swap that from one hand to the other. But to do so with the glove, I have to take the pepper spray out and flip it in the holder to for it to be right side up wearing the glove on my other hand. Not a big deal, but not easy to do on the run. Maybe the holster attached with Velcro so it would be easier to flip? I'll have to try that.

The media could not be loaded. I love this product! I can’t express how much safer I feel when I’m walking at time from my train stop to my apartment in the city. Perfect for walks and runs. I literally take this every where I go, specially because living in the city requires more “uber feet” and subways then actual cars 😅

Absolutely genius! The glove keys you use your hand freely without giving up control of the pepper spray. Works on either hand!

This is a good pepper spray for use while exercising. I like to carry this while walking the dog. The glove fits nicely in the hand and is sweat resistant. Very comfortable to carry for extended workouts. The flip top safety works better than twist lock sprays that are fumble prone. Unlike a traditional pepper spray, this unit is secured to your hand, aimed in the right direction. That’s better than the canister left in a pocket or runner pack. The canister is durable and provides plenty of protection for multiple threats. Has about 15 seconds of continuous spray and easily fires a thick stream about 12 feet. We keep several Pom pepper sprays around the house and on our keychains. This one is perfect for any outdoor activity.
