What is the plant based starch used to make the sachets?

How do people with reflux issues handle this? Also how much oxalic acid is in this coffee? is it swiss water treated? Is it single origin?

We have many customers that have been able to enjoy our coffees in spite of reflux complications, especially our dark roast, Ease. Things like coffee cultivar, processing, and roast levels can impact the acidity in coffee. Our Ease is lower in acidity than any other of our coffees.
