I am not sure what you mean by "limited edition". I know there are tons of $5 expansion packs- but, i bought all the expansion packs worth it. The Blue Box & the other color box are excellent. Get the Absurd box. I bought the Hidden Gems & other basic ones. Definitely, get both the color boxes & the absurd box.

Q: What is the Max amount of players for this game??

When i played it, i played it with 2 other friends. I think it could easily be played by as many people as you want. You might want to think of doing teams - if you have that many players. My friends & i really enjoyed this game a lot.

Q: Is it fun as a 2 player game?

It is okay with 2 people.........but more fun with more than 2.
