This product is a very good supplement, once I started using it I felt better and I liked the taste and I was taking it a little more than recommended, anyway I started using it the correct way and now I don't need it as much, I use it at least once a day which for me serves me well, my skin looks good, I have more energy, its very easy to swallow for me as well as being very effective.

This taste soooooo GOOD. You better get you some sea moss VERY much worth the price. The texture is very consistent, easy to swallow. My two year old niece LOVES this sooooo much she wants to eat it like apple sauce lol. I have noticed a difference in my over all well being.

I'm sure the product itself works well. I struggled with the texture but the taste was great. I ended up mixing it in some water to make it less slimy. I had to stop because I started getting cystic breakouts ALL over my body. After some research, I believe it's because sea moss is Iodine heavy and it can cause this problem.

I love this stuff. Google says it takes 3-6 weeks to work but I truly started seeing changes the day I took it. As someone who has taken many supplements and tried so many different things this is one of the only supplements I really think is effective. I have so much more energy, sleep quality has improved tremendously and overall I just feel GOOD. I wouldn’t call this a weight loss supplement, however this has helped a lot with sugar cravings and in turn I have been able to eat better and recover quicker which has led to some weight loss. Also helped so much with anxiety and stress which is probably the ashwaganda. Ive taken other sea mosses before but this one is truly the best IMO. I take a teaspoon with breakfast and a teaspoon right before bed and that works best for me. Taste does take some getting used to. It kind of tastes like dirty carrot and ginger baby food but it definitely becomes normal after you take it a few times. Worth it for all the benefits anyway. Love this stuff

Usually I order the PRO LINE Respiratory Health version. It has strawberry puree taste wonderful. This one in my opinion TASTE MID, it’s not nasty, but has that black seed oil after taste, trying to hide behind the mango flavoring. GREAT BENEFITS but I don’t like the taste of this one. It’s my 6th bottle from the brand but the first time I tasted this flavor

This was the first sea moss I ever tried... It took me 4 days to accept the gel texture of this brand the taste was great... But once my tongue got on board I absolutely could not get enough of this... My first jar disappeared very fast. I love that this flavor adds in black seed oil and ashwaganda! I have just bought their Elderberry flavor! It arrives today!

This is the best sea moss I've purchased. I love the different flavors. I also like the different promotions they offer every month to help us save money.
