Works great
I wasn’t sure if a cordless grinder could deliver the same performance as the pneumatic tools I’ve been using for years, but this device completely exceeded my expectations. It’s incredibly lightweight and portable, making it ideal for tight spaces and jobs where dragging an air hose just isn’t practical. What impressed me the most is its versatility. Whether I’m grinding down welds, removing rust, or polishing steel to a near-perfect shine, this tool handles it all with ease. I’ve used it with 2-inch and 3-inch abrasive pads, and it powers through every task like a champ. The best part? It’s compatible with the battery system I already own, so I didn’t need to overhaul my setup. If you’re looking for professional-grade performance in a portable package, I can’t recommend this grinder enough. It’s a game-changer for anyone who needs power, precision, and convenience all in one.

I love Bosch’s 12v lineup. This is a great addition!
There’s nothing quite like the ability to grind metal at high RPMs in such a portable device. It’s the size of a pneumatic grinder but without the hassle of dragging around an air hose. Don’t get me wrong—I love pneumatic tools, but I don’t have a powerful enough compressor at home to run them continuously. This grinder is the perfect solution to that problem, giving you all the power you need without being tied to an air supply. It’s a great workaround for anyone looking for portability and performance without compromising on capability.

nice compact light duty die grinder
Very convenient for small tasks grinding or light cutoff needs. Quiet, runs smooth and the battery indicator/ speed adjustment on the back of the tool is great. I bought two.

nice tool - rare use
this is for very fine crafts and can also cut off rings or decorative chains (jewellery). It's a nice addition to my 12V Bosch tool set but probably less useful for handywork around the house.

Amazing tool, highly recommended, plenty of power for a 12v tool
Got it for auto repair/maintenence and woodworking. Amazing torque...I can press fairly heavily using a scuff pad to clean up metal and it doesn't slow down. This is not even comparable to a dremel or drywall cutoff tool. Love the power and 90 degree grip. Variable speed trigger handle works great and easy to keep the speed going. Very happy, worth the high cost.

Works great
Excellent quality that you feel just by using it. Great RPM's for such a small tool.

Good alternative to Milwaukee
I have both Bosch and Milwaukee 12v tools and batteries. I needed (or as my wife would say, I wanted lol) a compact grinder that accepted roloc discs.I initially wanted the Milwaukee version but this model rarely goes on sale. After further research I found this Bosch model. I have their 12v orbital sander and I love it. So I purchased it on sale and took a chance.I can tell you I am very impressed. It has power and it is extremely quiet. It is very light to handle and fits well in the hand.Milwaukee does make excellent tools but for my needs and budget, this tool checks all the boxes.
