Medical tape a good and cheaper alternative to using band aids
I purchased this medical tape as an option to having to put band aids on my big toes and pinky toes to keep them from getting rubbed raw. This tape is much cheaper and works great.

A Must Have for First Aid Kits.
My husband has a cancer cut out of his cheek and we have to do wound care at home. This is the best sticking tape we have found. It it makes on the back so it makes it easier to cut even strips. The paper back oeelsmoff and ready to stick. Ir appeared to.be close to what the dermatologist used in the surgical room. It's something needed in every first aid box.

Great stuff!
I have a lot of trouble keeping skin shields on myself to treat my colostomy. Even spray on glues don't always work. Cleaning my skin with soap and water, alcohol or a medical cleaner doesn't help. I found if I use this tape cut about two inches wide and put on three layers thick around the skin shield one layer on each side, one layer equally to cover the gaps and finally one more layer, to prevent leaks, keeps the skin shield on best without nasty surprises. This usually keeps the skin shield where it belongs for a couple of days without injury or skin degradation (and no midnight surprises). Since this is a good grade of surgical tape I am happy with the results. And oh yes it works for other things too, especially if you have kids.

What my dermatologist uses!
After having an incision stitched up that required a large bandage covering, I was so frustrated that my bandaids and tapes kept coming off, so I searched here to try to find the same tape that my dermatologist had originally used to keep the covering in place and found this. It's perfect for keeping bandages in place. You can cut it to size. I like the wider style of this tape, so I can just put a steri-pad in the middle of it and slap the whole thing over my stitches. The tape sticks well and doesn't roll up or come off, yet it's easy enough to remove when you want to take it off. It's breathable too, so your skin doesn't get all rashy underneath.

Really sticks!
This holds bandages on great if a long term healing is needed. But I would not use it for short term injury because it does stick so well it’s hard to pull off without pulling skin.

Forget it
If you bruise easy, do not use this tape. It will tear your skin off and leave your skin all bruised

Adhesive tape is perfect.
I like this product very much, easy to use and you can cut to a smaller size if you need to.
