I purchased this self-warming lunch box and was very impressed with the quality and functionality. It heats up quickly and is super convenient for job sites and on-the-go meals. Unfortunately, I made a mistake and left a plastic container inside during testing, which caused it to melt. The issue was entirely my fault.I reached out to the company just to see if I could buy a replacement container. To my surprise, their customer support responded quickly and kindly — they didn’t just brush it off. Even though they don’t sell the containers separately, they offered me a partial refund as a gesture of goodwill. I wasn’t expecting that, and it honestly blew me away.Top-tier product, backed by a company that truly values its customers. I’ll be buying another one just to support that kind of service. I've been using a soft side version of a heated lunchbox for the last 2 years and it takes hours to heat up even the smallest thing. This unit gets super hot super fast! Food can be placed directly into the metal insert tray, but as I don't have a way to easily clean it after use I've been putting small aluminum pan containers or things wrapped in foiled in it and it works brilliantly. [ SAVE THE FOIL USE COMMENTS TO YOURSELF.] Great product for home use or on the go.

I work as a letter carrier and there’s no where to heat up my food so I bought this one and is one of the best purchases i ever made it heats in about 20 min. The only bad thing is that it will leak if I add any soup but I will put cold soup in a ziplock and just take the soup and throw in the container and let warm up. Great buy.

This works great!!! it gets your food very hot in a short period of time. I give four stars because I wish it were a just a wee bit deeper. I don’t put my food directly into it because I use for breakfast and lunch and have no means of washing it. I use small Pyrex glass food storage containers for my meals. They barely fit in there. If it were just a little bit deeper, that would be great. But other than the depth it works wonderfully.

This works great! My wife puts my lunch in a glass container. I just pop the lid off, drop it into the lunch box, and 30-40 minutes later my lunch is steaming. It traps the condensation well and there is a relief valve on top. The lid can be a little burdensome to get centered so all four latches snap closed. You can overcook if you leave too long. This could very well cook raw eggs. The exterior of the lunch box does get fairly warm as well so be careful.

This is one of the best versatile electric food warmers. My husband is a truck driver and loves it. It comes with two electric cords that you can either plug into a wall outlet in your home or the accessory outlet in your car. Warms food perfectly. Worth the price!

Out of the box put a cup of water in the pan to test. After 20 minutes the water was almost scalding. IT actually makes some food more tender. It heats up faster than you can imagine. It can brown food. Only used a few times but, I am impressed.

I travel and hike a lot. A hot meal always makes things better. While there is not always a microwave to heat a meal up I just plug in or the connection to the power in my truck and a hot meal. At night I prepare my meals and put everything in the frig the night before. In the morning, I grab from the fridge and am off and running. The beauty of the heat when you are ready makes this product a winner. In the pasts I warmed things in the morning hoping to eat at a normal time and have a hot meal but more than often lost out-but not anymore! If you want convince and a hot meal on the run this product is for you.
