Soft Gel - 6 mg. Sodium,FD&C red, yellow, gelatin glycerin,polyethylene glycol Water, sorbitol. Damn, it sounds terrible but it works for me with no stomach ache or uncontrollable you know. I take it with dinner and works in the morning with a cup of coffee. I go normal everyday. Hope this helps...jt
