Can i apply this over Rust-Oleum universal clear?? It says its oil based

Unfortunately a Rust-Oleum 1K clearcoat and our 2K clearcoat are not compatible with each other.

Would this clear coat work on top of rustoleum base coat?

I've seen people use clear coat on top of rustolium base coat. Look great but the longevity I have no idea

How doe era 2k compare in Quality to spray max or Eastwood?

I used it (one can) with good success on two sets of headlights. I haven't used the other brands to be able to compare.

Is this product compatible with plastidip?

It will coat over Plastidip alright. I have done it before, but it hardens the Plastidip rubber paint, making it hard to remove should you decide to peel it off in the future.
