I am knock knee’d. I look like an idiot when I walk it makes me look heavier and it’s starting to be uncomfortable on my hips and feet. I’ll be honest I bought these for vanity reasons because I wanted to change my gate. I bought a couple different kinds I like them all, but these are my favorite. They really are amazing. They’re not expensive so you can try them and see if they work for you but they worked for me and I’m thrilled because I’m a nurse and I put them in my new HOKA’s and made them 1 million times more comfortable for me. They do feel firm. They’re not cushy, but they work.

I've been leaning outward on my feet for a while now and finally went to the Dr. She offered me insoles that had too much thickness in them so they were uncomfortable for most of my shoes. These were perfect... Straighten my walk out and give more stability to my feet in my shoes. Definitely a Buy.I actually have to get the bone shaved on my 2nd to last toe due to leaning outward and crushing my toes to the point of mis shaping them... So these are a god send and great value too.

The cushions compress as soon as you step in them. They don't hold their form and it makes them pretty useless unfortunately. I would have returned them, but I had to cut them to make them fit in my shoes (I wear a size 6 in women's).

So far so good, love the fact that it’s more firm them others & hopefully it last longer. I’m a size 7 women so I got the second size from the first one. I heard they run smaller & I’m so glad I got the next size up. Fits perfectly. Well made, there wasn’t any adhesive but it’s not sliding around because it fits perfect. It’s helping my supination well.
