I tested this with the CORNET and compared it to others - this is the most protective. Not hot on my head even under the Florida panhandle sun at a remote beach; but warm in our winters. I have several of this exact slouch, 1 for bed, 1 for going into the yard, 1 for the beach sewn into my Furtalk sun bonnet (Amazon). I bought this one and 3 other brand's similar caps. I tested. This was the most protective BY FAR. I avoid all RF use on my property, avoid public exposure, and have to wear this to go outdoors to the woods/ocean. My engineering career RF exposure medically disabled me (from within the office when we tested the Ericsson 6701 5G Street Macro). Traveling to the woods/ocean I have to wear 2 on my head. You'll see why if you test when driving even within a few blocks of a cells on a water tower.

It's only been 2 nights, but since wearing this I now remember my dreams. This is bizarre since I never remember my dreams. I'll continue to wear this hat while sleeping.

I knocked off a star because it won"t stay down on my head. I've decided it is my head tho. My ringing ears have turned down some Is it due to the protection? We'll see.

This beanie was a gift but I am told it has served it's purpose and is great. It looks nicely made and feels nice too. Seems to block EMF and provide comfort.

I put my phone in the hat with the mobile hotspot turned on. That hotspot was 100% visible from my computer and had full bars as if the hat were not even there. So not only does it not block signals. It blocks ZERO SIGNALS. If you buy one definitely test it out. Buyer be ware.

I feel like my brain is wrapped in a cocoon. It's quiet in my head when I wear it. I sleep with it on since I keep my phone close at night for various reasons.
