Quick & easy installation/Update since initial installation
I purchased 2 easy close toilet seats & was pleasantly surprised how easy it was to remove the old one & install the new. Directions are easy to follow. They fit perfectly & are comfortable for sitting. I'd definitely recommend to friends & family & would order again.Update 6 weeks after initial installation. Had to tighten 2 bolts holding 2 seat in place ab/c they both were moving. Maybe initially I didn't tighten enough. After today's tightening, we'll see.9/1/24 Update: Seat moved again & I had to tighten. The bolts are made of a soft plastic; almost completely stripped after this third tightening in a short period of time. I continue to like the soft closure but maybe next time I'd order a better seat with metal bolts.

Easy installation & Sturdy
Easy installation. Great product and is much sturdier then others I've had.

Looks and works better than wooden ones
This is worth buying. It is a comfortable seat, looks nice, and closes ever so slowly with no sound at all. You couldn't get this seat to 'slam' down if you tried. We had a wooden one which discolored badly in a short time. When you see this 'plastic' toilet seat you will find it appears more like porcelain which is really nice. The only reason I did not give it 5 stars is that it is bolted onto the toilet with no quick disconnect. Most modern toilet seats are designed with a quick disconnect for clearning.

Strong and durable and works really well.
Hydraulics works great. Tried some of the wooden ones and they broke under pressure and cost far too much and pinch hard whenever they did. Don't bother with those and get this one instead. It's sturdy and solid. I'm a big girl so I would know ;-)

Better than expected.
It was better than expected. Very toddler ise friendly. Also very easy to clean and elegant look.

Slides
This toilet seat went on easily but it keeps getting lose and sliding all over. I have to tighten the nuts daily. Not sure why……

Great Buy
Idk why I’m always excited about home improvements but this buy was Great and love the seat it’s quiet I don’t have to hear anyone slamming a toilet seat up or down

Poorly made product
I do not recommend this product. Thought I would try a plastic seat thinking it would be easier to keep clean. First of all, the hinges attaching the cover to the seat are thin plastic so will not last long. Second, and the bigger problem, is that the seat will not stay tightened and slides around on top of the toilet bowl. Constantly retightening. No way will it last very long.
