Worked great for my 2001 Accord
This part worked great for my 2001 Honda Accord V6. It was difficult to install because of the location but now my A/C works again. Way better than changing the A/C Compressor like I thought I needed!!

Works for 1999 Honda Accord 3.0
The vents are always blowing hot air. Removed the bottom dash cover on the passenger side and checked the for any movement of the heater blend door. No movement noted from turning the knob from hot to cold. This actuator is located behind the central column, right next to the PCM, accessible from the passenger side. The new actuator was tested before installation by connecting the wire harness. This actuator resolved the issue. Now the car can blows cold or hot air by turning the temperature control knob.
