I like this Head Scalp Massager – it’s relaxing and works well. One useful feature is the detachable bristles, which makes it easy to clean. However, I lost one of the bristles because it wasn’t fixed tightly enough. I would suggest that the detachable parts should be more secure so they don’t fall off or get lost easily

The product has a good design and is effective as a scalp massager.However the product stopped working within 3 months.Debaditya Chatterjee from Universal Customer Service tried to help me over video call to clean the charging contact points of massager, but the piece wouldn't work again.He sent a new piece promptly.I'm hoping the new piece works well.
