Good product but does not keep the heat.
Generally good. But it does not keep things heated for the time stated. After 3 hours the coffee was no longer hot. That is not helpful to the vast number of people we serve.

Too many corners cut for a low price
Very dissapointed, Bought this to replace an air pot as the capacity was a little lacking so in a bid to save money boiling the kettle got this. Main issue is the water barely stays hot enough for 2 hours even if close to full whereas the air pot which I have now gone back to stays hot for at least 6-8 hours.The insulation is very obviously lacking as it gets quite warm on the outside added to the fact that there appears to be no insulation of any kind on the lid.This product maybe ok for keeping liquids cool though I would add ice to it as well as I am dubious of how well it will do that.
