Training bands
Pretty good ...iuse them daily while travelling etc....bit of resistance if no gym

Very good but light band was damaged
The bands are all made from high quality, strong rubber with good elasticity . The medium (purple) and heavy (red) bands are both perfect for exercise and suited me very well. The light (blue) band would be perfect for beginner exercises but the band I received has a tear in it. This tear is small but will still affect the use of the band, therefore I give this product 4 stars.

I bought these, as I have to do exercises for an injury to my knee.They are perfect for the resistance & as each band gets easier I move on to the stronger bands.My injury is improving daily with the use of the bands. Definitely a great buy.

Not Stretchy Enough
Good quality. Length good.It’s just not as stretchy as i thought. So I actually never used 2 of them, those thinner ones. The strongest one isn’t stretchy enough still.

Very basic resistance bands
I was influenced by the initial very good reviews and rather low price. However these bands are very basic, so actually you get what you pay ! Limited stretch!
