Our family loves this tea kettle! It looks nice in our kitchen. It holds just the right amount of water for a few cups of tea. The water is hot in a matter of minutes regardless of the heat setting. It’s easy to pour and easy to clean.

Great kettle.
I've had this kettle for nearly 1 year now and use it very regularly. So far is has worked great and hasn't leaked a bit. Control is easy and it heats up pretty quickly. The .8 L is also the perfect amount for my french press. When I buy another one I'll definitely but another one of these.

28 days Update:Returning the kettle, nothing wrong with it. Replacing with a newer model from Aiheal, which has a better (safer) steam escape and better price (I paid $39.99 + tax). The new kettle also came with a detailed instruction manual.Earlier Review:This elegant looking work of art replaces our 1.8 liter “boil only” large and ugly kettle. To make a cup of tea or coffee were always boiling way more quantity of water and then allowing it to cool down over time, such a waste of energy and time it took to boil some water. Imagine boiling a gallon of water everyday only to make 3 cups of tea! Criminal waste.This kettle has max capacity of 800 ml. We boil 1/2 kettle worth of water for a large mug of tea. Less water boils quickly. It heats water to precise temperature … preserving the pristine taste and delicate aromas of great coffees from around the world. Love this tea kettle
My wife purchased this because there is no plastic touching the water. It is easy to use and works so well. It is also just too cute.

No hot parts to get burned on.
Need some hot water for tea or coffee? This is it. 2 minutes and there it is 190 deg. The side of the kettle does get hot, so I guess I lied.

Great little kettle
Love this cute kettle. I got it because I injured my shoulder and was hard to handle boiling water in microwave because of teaching up this is super fast for tea hot cereal etc where I need bling water plus it looks nice on the counter too
