I bought this for my 18 month old grandson. Not only does he like it, but also his older sisters. It's very sturdy.

It was so ready for my grandson to play with right out of the box. Wears his hard hat when he plays even if he his not using the toy.

Product is good quality, that part I have to give. But my daughter is 2 and a half and she can’t figure out to use the arm. It’s actually difficult and needs a bit of strength to properly use it. It’s not intuitive for toddlers because you have to pull back with your left hand and push forward with your right hand. My daughter loves trucks and enjoying riding around in it but I wish the arm was easier for kids to use.

I accidentally allowed my toddler in the Christmas present closet. No sooner was the door open I had my “oh crap,” moment. It was too late, he was on this and the hard hat was already being worn. It was the best mistake I could have made. This has been used each day and helps with fine motor skills or scooping up objects and gross motor to ride and move this across the floor.

I ordered this ride-on toy about a month ago. When ordering, I completely forgot that we were soon moving to another state, and I entered my old shipping address.Amazon couldn’t help because the toy was coming straight from the manufacturer overseas.I tried to contact UPS to give them the correct shipping address, however even after multiple attempts, I was never able to speak with a real person to explain my situation! I had to give up on UPS.Ultimately, I found an email address for the manufacturer. I contacted them and explained my dilemma. My expectations weren’t very high, particularly since they were located somewhere overseas. But to my delight, they responded to my email within a day and we began discussions about a solution.The toy had already been shipped and they couldn’t reroute it. However, the manufacturer generously agreed to have the toy returned to them and they refunded me the full price.I was highly pleased with their outstanding customer service. They helped me out of a bind that was completely of my own making.I will reorder the toy now that our move is complete. It is a gift for my 1 1/2 year old grandson.Based on their outstanding customer service alone, I highly recommend this product!!

My 2 yr old grandson is obsessed with this! He put his hard hat on and goes to work!! You can’t get him off the darn excavator!! This is the best present for a boy whose interested in tractors. I definitely recommend this. Very easy to assemble and worth the price.
