I’ve tried so many protein bars and disliked them all! Kize has changed that! I love that it’s gluten free and dairy free, soft and chewy, tastes great and use only eight all natural ingredients! The company is mission based, which is a bonus in my opinion!

I first found these bars at Sam’s club & needed something like these bars to take on a road trip - to keep me from wanting to buy junk at the gas station. I was more than pleasantly surprised at how good they are. They are a perfect size, the peanut butter chocolate chip is so good. The ingredients list is short & all good. It is sweetened with dates & honey & I love that you can actually taste the honey in them. They have a great amount of protein in them for the size. When the sweet tooth hits, these definitely do the trick!! And an added bonus…they are made in the USA!

These bars are delicious, especially when kept in the refrigerator.

I recently came across one of these in a FruitGuys box at work and loved it so much I had to order some for myself. It's thick, packed with flavor, and has quality ingredients. No seed oils, no garbage.I have a feeling I'm going to have to keep some of these in storage in my pantry because there's no way they'll stick around for more than a few days.

Really grateful up find these. The ingredients in these bars are minimal and less sugar. That’s what I’ve been looking for. I like the taste. And they do fill me up when I am on the road and need a quick snack that’s healthier. These were at a little booth at our local Costco so I bought some but now it appears Costco doesn’t sell them regularly nor do a lot of area stores like Sprouts or Whole Foods. I’m glad to have found them on Amazon but really wish I could find Kize bars locally!! Good value for my money.

Kize bars are great! Everyone in the house fights for their favorite flavors. Cookie dough and oatmeal chocolate chip are big hits. They may be small, but they are mighty (filling). Can’t wait to try new flavors.

Kize bars are great! I wasn't a big fan of protein bars, but these tick all the boxes for me: they're not only good-tasting and healthy but also really good.
