The media could not be loaded. Well, first off let me start by saying, my husband stated that I have reverted back to my childhood by building the dollhouse I've always wanted. I have to say, he is correct.This set was one of my favorites along with the washer & dryer set.Before assembling, I painted mine (not a fan of pink).These are a great value your your money.The stove actually lights up and makes noise (not pleasing to the ears).The company that makes these sets had the avid doll collectors in mind. The handles come of the doors with a tiny squeeze of the prongs on back. The plastic windows come away from the frames with ease allowing for painting before assembling. The stove is a bit trickier and requires a tiny philips head screwdriver. The doors come of and reattach to the hinges with ease.I just wish they had left the stickers off giving the buyer the option of putting them on themselves.Will be purchasing more of these sets soon to finish my house room by room.The pieces are durable and well made. I like that all the units are separate for positioning and repositioning the kitchen appliances.

Great to play with barbie size dolls

I love this kitchen. I'm updating our daughter's Barbie house to a super pink glam style so the color works. I think that is has a lot of pieces for the price point although it feels a little high for someone thrifty like myself. Several of the shiny chrome pieces have sharp edges that stick out. I took a nail file and filed those down. The toaster looked beat. It was all scraped up. The noise on the stove is LOUD and sounds like a train so the batteries came right out. The stickers were all crooked. I don't like the cardboard backing since some of them don't make sense to be in the cupboards so I'll probably update them with some contact paper. We did not receive any of the alcoholic beverages that others complained about. Ours included fruit juices. Overall I do like it. Wish I had gotten the smaller set but it works in the dollhouse.

My baby said this was her favorite gift. It is a lot and takes up space so small dollhouse you will have to make it work. Overall 5 stars great product

It’s thin plastic with cardboard backing. It will stand on hardwoods but not carpet. The pieces are really cute, especially the glasses. This is probably on me for not reading the details: Not all of the appliances work as one would think they should. The microwave does not, nor the oven, only the stove top makes noise. The refrigerator shows an ice maker and has tiny cubes, but no opening to allow the ice to drop out of maker. It’s ok. I don’t love it and I could see she was bored with it.

I got this for my daughter for Christmas and it was very disappointing. It is very cheaply made and comes with stickers already on it and they aren't even on straight.

Still adding the finishing touches, but this is what it looks like after painting it. I love this kitchen but as an adult collector, I wanted my kitchen to look as realistic as possible. Thankfully, I found a great step by step tutorial on YouTube (search "Poppy Seed Mini"). It was super helpful and simple.

I was updating my Barbie kitchen and decided to purchase this. Overall I am pleased with my purchase. However, I would like to point out that I wanted it to be a little higher so I placed a styrofoam bed under it to bring it up. Also, I didn't like that it came with pictures on the back "wall" of the cupboards since my dolls have actual barbie food and dishes to put in there. So, I removed the back "wall" which is just a sheet of cardboard, covered it with plain white printer paper and slid it back into place. Very quick and easy fix.
