I use these “driveway monitors” on three properties. At my home, I used them outside and inside the gate to alert me to visitors, but I also use them in a mountain location to be alerted to wildlife. And at my office.I’ve tried about every decent product out there over the past five or 10 years. Definitely the solar products seem to work really well and eliminate the transmitters from just randomly stopping working and you having to figure that out and then go change batteries.However, this emacros product has become my absolute favorite. Because of the Wi-Fi integration of the receiver, and solar powered transmitters. Wi-Fi integration is a great touch. Where you can control the receiver, ringtones, etc. from your phone. You can also get alerts to your phone, which is nice for me when I am away from the mountain property. All the other solar products I have used are audible only notifications from the receiver itself. That basically won’t work at all if you’re away from the receiver, or if you would like to turn the receiver tone off to not bother other people in your household.That Wi-Fi integration was a no-brainer to me, because the receiver is typically installed inside a house. But I still have not seen any other manufacturers do that yet.Some other nice things about this product is that they come pre-programmed. Transmitter to receiver. So they work out of the box. Some of the others you have to jump through some fairly poor programming that is not really user-friendly.And lastly, I did have some issues with one of my receivers after I ordered them. I gave the manufacturer a chance and reached out to them first. It took a minute, but they responded and shipped me a new product immediately. I very much appreciate that level of service.At the moment, I think these are the best on the market. And a very fair price.Cheers, Matt

This is a replacement for another manufacturer that didn't have the solar powered sensor unit. Installation and setup was very easy and the app provides many features that i was looking for.I do like the distance the unit works with and the wifi notifications it provides.The solar-powered sensor is exactly what I am looking for.Had an issue adding the second receiver unit and support was very responsive and helpful. Their assistance helped to resolve the issue which was related to on older receiver unit.

The motion sensor is sensitive but not overly so, reducing false alarms.The phone app integration is a standout feature, allowing me to receive alerts wherever I am, which adds convenience and peace of mind. It’s also weatherproof, so I don’t worry about it during storms or extreme weather conditions.The only reason for the 4 stars instead of 5 is that there can occasionally be a slight delay in notifications, but overall, this is a great product for enhancing security around your property. I highly recommend it for anyone needing a reliable outdoor alarm system.

Bought our first eMacros system in 2019. Our property is wooded on one side and fenced on the other, so people only access our property via the driveway. We wound up buying two sensors. The first sensor is by our driveway entrance. The second sensor is further down the driveway about 100 feet. We have lots of mammals and birds that set off the sensors, but we know we don’t need to be concerned about humans unless BOTH sensors go off. The receiver is about another 300 feet down the drive in our foyer...it works perfectly. Since both sensors had stopped working, I called eMacros and communicated with Ella several times. She answered every question and concern swiftly and clearly. This is THE best customer service I have received in a long, long time! It is worth buying this system just for the customer service! I wound up buying a newer system with, again, two sensors. So nice to have the added security again.

Love this solar alarm system. We used the 2 sensors at different distances down our 600 ft driveway. We have a delivery box about 300 ft up with one sensor and we placed the other sensor about 50 ft up, each with a different alarm sound, so we know just one alarm is a delivery but 2 alarms is an approaching car. Our driveway is lined with deciduous trees but even in the summer both sensors seem to get enough partial sun to keep charged. Occasionally a squirrel or deer will set off the sensors but for the most part these have been very reliable driveway alarms for us for over 3 years.

It's starts out great, worked really well, we did get some false alarms with blowing leaves and little ground squirrels and birds flying by. We are very rural so it didn't happen a lot. Then after about 7 months it just stopped working, did the following recharging the motion sensor reinstalling them to work together again. It would work for a while then stop again and need to be paired again. Then finally just quit, tried a factory reset and even tried to download a new app on my phone, the app wouldn't even download to my phone. Tried two times to contact customer service, they say there is a 12 month warranty but good luck with that. I got one email that said there was instructions attached and there was not a file attached to the email. Reached back out and no response.

The product has been in service for 10 months now and works without fail. Easy to set up. Customer support is very fast, and effective.I would wholeheartedly recommend this, and will buy another when needed.
