Perfect for my gineau pig
I absolutely love this little hutch for my gineau pig. Cracker enjoys it too!! Plenty of space for him. The pull out tray makes it easy to clean. Very easy to put together. Very pleased with this product.

It's decent
Only big enough for one full-grown rabbit. I would not recommend using it inside though, as it doesn't have anything to block on the sides. Flooring is also not for baby bunnies.

"Wonderful, well made cage"
I researched at least 50 different hutches and am so glad I chose this one. My main attraction beside the price was that it had a grate over the pull out trays. Rabbits are very clean animals and should not have to walk on their feces so that prevents that. My bunny is box trained but stuff gets thrown everywhere regardless. The other reviews were mostly positive and as far as the negative ones, I think some people are always going to find something to complain about. My step-father put it together for me while I was at work and he said it was actually the first thing he has enjoyed putting together in years because it was so easy. The instructions were perfectly laid out, no missing parts and everything lined up perfect. This man can do anything or build anything so if he was impressed, then that is worth a million. It is heavy and very sturdy. It is also ADORABLE! As you can see in the pics, you can access it at every angle. This is helpful when trying to catch a new bunny as well as cleaning it in every little spot. I am getting a new bunny in a few days so the only thing that has been in it is my 5lb Yorkie...lol. I don't like to keep my bunnies cages so they get to run around half of the house but their cage is their safe haven and being predators they love an enclosed area to be in at times. My other bunny likes to get under chairs to rest...I suppose that would keep an owl or hawk from swooping down and carrying him off. The closed in area with the hay rack is perfect. I currently have a 3lb bunny and the new one won't be as large and they would both fit easily but there again I don't believe in keeping them that confined. Bunny's love to jump, do zoomies and bink around so that would be hard to do with 2 in the cage. It is just as the description says. The wood is sturdy and there wasn't any splintered or chipped wood. I really can't say enough good things about this enclosure. And like some other sellers, I was not offered any special offer for giving a good review. This is all true!

Flimsy
While easy to put together and nice looking, this cage is not at all sturdy. The wire in the bottom is not attached in any way and holds so little weight I had to reinforce it near the hutch. The lightweight lumber portion of the cage and the hutch is easily chewed through and after only a few hours of having a rabbit in the enclosure, there were claw marks on the floor of the hutch in the paint. The tray is not deep and must be emptied at least once every other day or it will get stuck with Timothy hay and be hard to pull out. There is not enough room between the wooden slats in the hutch for poop to fall through, only urine, so it must be swept of hay and debris often. With the paint already mostly gone from the floor of the hutch after the first week, I do not expect the wood to hold up to urine for long before smell and sanitation become an issue. The ramp works well for getting in and out of the cage and the wheels lock securely enough for it to be safe if your rabbit is trained to go back in the cage for potty but half the enclosure is not suited to that usage and the other side (the wire side) is rickety and I think it scares my rabbit still. The roof loses bits of shingle particles as well. Ultimately, it's a nice looking but not very practical cage for short term use while potty training a rabbit. The only reason this got three stars and not less is because there really isn't much better out there. Rabbit cages don't come much bigger without dangerous ramps and multiple layers and don't come much sturdier without it being solid wire flooring which is bad for their feet. If your rabbit toilet trains quickly and doesn't spend much time in the cage this one will work. I wouldn't suggest using it for a rabbit over 4lbs. It's just too fragile and small.
