It was a great investment done . I checked a lot of robot vacuum but this was one of the best selection I did .1- the Vaccum power is good enough to take most of the dust and dirt from the ground. Best part it has an option to leave the mop pads at the base station while vacuuming floor and carpets.2- the rotating mopping function is needed to remove the stains better rather than a pad just viping the whole house.3- mapping function is good which allows the zone wise cleaning and room cleaning whichever is needed.4-if you don’t want to keep spending money on the dirt bag collector much . You have the manual removal of the dirt from the robo itself.5-easy cleaning of the dirty water collector and adding fresh water to the base station.I would recommend this dreame Vaccum than any other in the market . The built quality is amazing

After purchasing a Roborock S7 V Max, which died after 4 months randomly, I went on a rampage researching different options and landed on Dreame. And boy am I glad I did. Have had it for almost a year now and it has been great, with no signs of issues.

For most people who know me, they know I’m a Virgo — meticulous in my selections and brutal when it comes to reviews, especially around quality.That said… I love this product. It’s honestly very good.Of course, if you want the robot to clean everywhere, you’ll still need to do a bit of prep — like lifting chairs or giving it access to tight spots. But this piece of tech? IS GREAT.Why?I walk around with white socks, and they stay white. I walk barefoot, and nothing sticks to my feet.Yes, it cleans. And it cleans well.

The Dreame L20 Ultra Robot Vacuum disappointed me due to its poor quality control—it looked used with dust in the bag upon arrival. The mopping functionality didn’t work at all, failing to wash the mop as advertised. Given these issues, I had to return it and cannot recommend this product.

Plus- Cleans mostly alone without need for daily assistance- app works good- picks up pet hair good (short hair cats)- good suction - but sometimes misses some to vacuum- easy cleaning and refillingMinus- did not discovered all carpets correctly at discovery- every reposition of base station needs a new discovery run and to new setup of all jobs- no round carpets possible- carpets not perfectly cleaned- dust container in the robot doesn’t get emptied out often enough- often just overly full - I didn’t find a way to tweek this via app

An excellent robot vac and mop. It’s great at mapping the floor, can distinguish between carpet and tiles and has an AI cleaning mode or deep cleaning mode both work great. Infact it’s that good I bought another for upstairs. They are keeping my house clean with minimal interaction from me. Just empty the waste and fill up the clean water and you’re good to go!

Very impressive
