Prior reviewers mentioned they were sent different chairs that weren't the same as the manufacturer's pictures. Part of me was kinda hoping to receive the chair that other people were getting, however I received the chair as shown in the sale picture, which is fine.The chair was relatively straightforward to assemble and the parts are hefty with good quality. Tools were included and the screws were nicely packaged. Instructions were clear.Sitting in the chair is very comfortable and I think I prefer the foam seat rather than mesh. The only thing is the foam chair may likely be a bit harder to clean over time. There's no headrest with this chair, but it's not a big deal although would have been nice. The seat's height adjustment is smooth. The ability to lean back is not exactly as expected, but perhaps I need to tinker with it some more. The arm rests do not feel flimsy and fortunately they are microfiber padded so it won't rip like the usual cheap arm rests. The back lumbar is positioned well and doesn't feel awkward. Overall very satisfied with the quality of the chair.

Good quality and it was pretty easy to assemble (although I have previous experience assembly a rolling chair). It's comfortable and the padding is good on it. The seat is wider which I like and rolls smoothly

This is a good medium sized chair. I love that the arms raise up so that I can sit cross legged if I want to! The seat cushion is pretty comfy as well. It was relatively easy to put together and came with tool to use.

I bought the RM-MSOC7 chair in August 2024, and by the end of December 2024 the back support had already broke from reclining. I am not a big guy (185lbs for reference, chair says 300lb max) so I am pretty disappointed that it has broke already. Tried contacting their support but never got through to anyone and never got a call back.

All in all the chair does what it supposed to. The chair seat stays level to the floor as you rotate around. This is important because your spinal alignment can be thrown off otherwise. This is the reason I purchased this product and it passed this important requirement. The chair also rotates smoothly and the castors work well. Assembly was more difficult than necessary. One of the threaded holes in the bottom of the chair was crooked. This required careful attachment of the back to the seat and it took more than one attempt. I almost returned the chair for this reason but I eventually got it assembled. The padding in the chair is adequate and comfortable for a person of my weight which is 225 pounds. The padding does seem cheep though. I suspect that it will ware out quickly. The padding in the arm rests is not adequate. After sitting and typing in the chair for about an hour I noticed that my arms were getting sore. This chair is good enough to keep but I would probably try something else next time.
