I have used this type of dispenser in the past, but it was AAA battery operated and failed after a few years of use.This product is rechargeable and seems to be better suited for wet applications. In my prior dispenser, it was necessary to water down the soap, but this dispenser handles uncut Dawn dishwashing liquid without any issues. Sometimes it takes a second to activate the sensor, but once you get the right position, the dispenser works well.

Absolutely LOVE this soap dispenser! It works really well, and it helps to keep from cross-contamination, like after handling raw meat etc. We use it at the kitchen sink. It charges really fast and the soap reservoir fills easily. Worth every penny!

It works good. It's quiet. It looks nice. But the blinking blue light on top really gets on my nerves. It blinks every 5 seconds. Even fully charged. For no reason other than being in "standby mode". It's a soap dispenser. It's always in standby mode. I used black electrical tape to cover the constantly blinking light.

Have been using this product after having a poor experience with a few other brands. It’s been a few months and I haven’t had to charge them (they last a really really long time) and works very smoothly. No notes.

This product works very well. Looks nice and isn't too obtrusive. It is a little difficult to change the amount of soap - having to press buttons a certain amount of times - it doesn't seem to be totally reliable. I did buy two of these. One of them was clearly used and was a return. I decided to keep it because it was clean and clearly not used much, but you might want to make sure it has a sticker on top and that it takes some time to initially charge.
