Yes it sure does contain some milk but does not specify how much.

It’s a darker chocolate - higher percentage, also different flavor accents.

Q: how long can you keep it fresh?

This is a great question! I have been writing about chocolate for over 15 years, and I also temper at home. One thing I’ve discovered is that you can keep high cocoa content dark chocolate for years. I even have some Italian dark milk chocolate that’s 56%, not even really dark, and it is kept impeccably well for over 10 years. In my experience, the only chocolate you don’t want to keep for a long time is anything with nuts as they go rancid.

I received it melted :) but this chocolate is perfect for baking, I wish if they can replace it for me.
