got this for my husbands birthday to replace his old busted one that’s way worn out and it’s a hit! he LOVES this chair.we got the faux leather, it’s smooth and easy on skin (sits in it shirtless sometimes.) not like peeling yourself off of the seats in the car in summer.took less than 10 min to put together & was very easy. its definitely worth the price and it is so plush and comfortable. all the mechanisms work perfectly! way better than expected! we shopped around at local furniture stores and none of them were this cozy.on top of great quality - customer service was really great and gave me a very fast, helpful response!as i read in other reviews, it did arrive in 2 separate boxes, one on the 5th and one on the 6th which was no problem since i took that into consideration when placing the order - these dates were still early. the first one arrived and i was looking around the emails and on amazon for the tracking # for the second box so we could be around for delivery but couldn’t find it since it was just marked as delivered on my end - so i reached out and was given one within 2 hours of reaching out!def consider it as an option when shopping around

Scam, not at all as easy and as covered as they advertise. Borderlines on fraud.
The protection plan I bought for a 300 dollar bed. It broke. The wood planks. The description of the warranty I got with Asurion said it replaces for wear and tear and bad workmanship quickly and easily yet it’s been a month and all they do is make me jump through hoop after hoop. Not to mention they don’t let you see terms and conditions till 24 hours after purchase when they allegedly email it to you however they also don’t always email it to you because they’re just looking for ways to keep the money you wasted on their backing without keeping their end of bargain.

Worth every penny
I highly recommend these plans especially 9n large purchases. Over the past years I've had to use plans for damaged recliners and a lumpy mattress. I followed all the guidelines and requests by my case manager and got satisfactory results.
