Q: If i purchased all 3 color sets would they all fit the same frame mount?

They are all the same, just different color variants. Yes, they are interchangeable.

Q: Do you get both front and rear mud guards?

This is a mud guard that goes on the frame tube. It's neither a front or rear guard.

Q: Will this work on a square shaped downtube?

I'm wondering also, especially for a FLAT, square-ish shaped down-tube. The strap part doesn't concern me, as long zip ties will also work. The part that concerns me, is HOW WELL the metal/plastic(?) attachment, will FIT against a FLAT surface?? They looked to be shaped for only a ROUND downtube shape. Anyone care to comment, further??
