Great value stand!
So far this is a great stand at a great price! Very easy to use and the included stick caddy is a bonus. It is not a heavy duty stand, if you need that, you’ll need to pay more but for the price I think the value is very good. It’s light weight and works well for my purpose of holding an Alesis Multipad Strike. It barely opens up enough to hold that machine but the machine is pretty big so I’m happy.The only downfall to the unit is that it doesn’t get very high. Perhaps about 24 inches or so but for my uses, it’s enough.

Great value, good stand
I use this stand for my practice pad and am very pleased with it. I have another snare stand on my drum kit that is Tama branded, so I'll use that for comparison. This stand does not have all the bells and whistles of the Tama stand, it's not as heavy, and doesn't feel as solid. It works perfectly fine though. I haven't had any trouble with it at all and have used it quite a lot. The little stick holder is also very handy to have. I'm not sure if I'd put a $1000 snare on it, but for the price you can't go wrong.

Pretty good, light snare stand
The stand itself is of decent quality. My one real gripe is that the method used for retaining the position of the telescoping pole is weak. There is no rubber gasket to provide frictional hold and the screw hold can back out from vibration then the whole snare can slide down unless i really crank that screw. If i crank it until it digs into the metal, it stays.The accompanying stick bag adds value.

Price = Quality
This is a solid option for practicing. I definitely wouldn’t put this on my kit, but recommended for practicing as it’s sufficient and due to price.Another review mentions a smell when opening the box. I agree, there was a strong smell after opening the box, but only lasted a few seconds: I'm guessing paint they used on a plastic piece. Maybe request your stand to be misted with Febreze before shipping XD. Jokes aside…Some things:- This is a cheaper stand…so expect the quality of said stand to corresponds with the price. Right?- The holder for the stick bag didn’t come with a drum key like thing in the pic; it is secured with two wing nuts on each side of the clamp.- The clamp doesn’t fit around the stand shaft properly. Minor inconvenience but wanted to mention it. It still tightens down fine, just not flush around the shaft.Note: not every stand is the same so read other reviews and make a decision based on the collective feedback.EDIT: After a few months, the stand has held up well. I've use it daily with only a practice pad. I changed my rating to a five star after I discovered the stick bag turns out to be a decent quick-pull bag on my acoustic set.

Nice stand, with a couple of shortcomings
It's a nice stand, well made, for a good price, and the attached drumstick holder is very handy. However, I have two problems:First is that the tilt adjustment has ratchet teeth, which while secure, limits available angles. I can't quite get it level. The second is that its height as far as I can tell tops out at around 22", not 25.5. This makes it hard to get the Pyle electronic drumset I have quite as high as I would like. I'm going to look at some other stands. Not sure if I'll keep this or return it.

Great Value
I bought one of these for my son's snare drum. I was please with how sturdy it is and how strong the legs are. It is adjustable which is nice depending on where he wants to place it in his set up. The added stick bag was a great bonus to hold all of his drum sticks so they are not laying on the ground.

Fine for a flat setup like for my electronic drum kit
Like other review indicates, it is a tad wobbly but not to the point of falling over or anything. for this price point, you won't do much better. Very easy to setup. I had to swap first one out b/c it was missing a rubber cap on one of the arms that the drum sits on. typical of chinese products which tend to have poor Quality Control but again, it's prime, easy swap out, no biggie. I'm using this for my snare and using the heavier duty taller one I have for a 13 inch tom.

Stand was very strong and our grandson loves it.
Stand was great and strong and our grandson loves it.It fits our 14" snare drum fine.We also love the drumstick pouch and bought some light-up sticks for our grandson who is only 6, but really loves using those sticks!We bought a foam rubber sound deadener pad so we do not all go crazy from that snare drumming noise!
