Surprisingly effective
I am a user of Daktarin Intensive (ketoconazole) and still suffer from sore, itchy redness. Using Sera's product has definitely calmed this down. I tend to alternate, as I lack the confidence to commit totally to the cream, but am encouraged given it's lack of manufactured chemicals.

Good Stuff
Worked great for me, I was applying a small amount after I showered and it cleared an itch up that'd been bugging me for a week or so after the 1st use. Sells really citrusy.

Can't reccomend
On the plus side, it did smell good and i like the presentation/design.On the negative side texture really unpleasant - coarse lumps in a softer greasy lotion. How are you supposed to rub that on/in?Small tin, I doubt would last very long. Fairly expensive.
